Gun Control Kills

In January 2006, the Virginia General Assembly voted down a proposed law to allow the possession of guns on college campus by those who are licensed to carry them. How many of the 32 (and counting) dead might have been saved if not for the mind-boggling ignorance of gun control zealots, who deprived law-abiding students of the ability to protect themselves while understanding full well that the defining characteristic of criminals is the predicable disregard of exactly those sorts of rules?

Virginia Tech spokesman Larry Hincker was happy to hear the bill was defeated. "I'm sure the university community is appreciative of the General Assembly's actions because this will help parents, students, faculty and visitors feel safe on our campus."
Nothing makes ME feel safer than knowing that someone can shoot at me without fear of having someone shoot back.

Idiots.
